In silico screening and prediction of molecular interactions New

In silico Protein Interaction Screening Pipeline

The in silico protein interaction screening service is performed using the computing servers of the Digital Research Alliance of Canada and the AlphaFold 3 artificial intelligence software. We predict and classify the interactions between your protein of interest and all the proteins in one or more targeted cellular compartments, and even against interactions confirmed in vitro. Training and support are offered for interpreting the generated results and for data transfer.

In silico Molecular Docking Screening

The in silico screening service enables the modeling of the molecular docking of small molecule libraries in the active site of a target protein. Comprehensive support is offered, including training and access to the MOE software.
