This platform offers the possibility to generate genetically modified mouse models at low cost. The service includes conventional microinjection, either the random insertion of a gene, or targeted modifications with the CRISPR / Cas9 method. Using microscopy and flow cytometry equipment, this platform allows 1) to indentify and track real-time molecular markers, and 2) cell subpopulation isolationfor for analysis or cell culture.
